Returns Policy

Crystal Keepsakes Pty Ltd understand that it can be difficult buying online! In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund or size exchange by contacting us with your order details within 3 days of your delivery. Unfortunately, frames and DIY Casting Kits can not be refunded as they are made to order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please return your purchase within 5 days of delivery.
All Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Goods that have been opened cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Refunds & Exchanges take approximately 7 business days to process from the date the goods are returned and received by Crystal Keepsakes Pty Ltd

If you have received a damaged item, you must inform us the same day you receive the item.
NB. Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of Crystal Keepsakes Pty Ltd.
Signing for your package confirms that it has arrived safe and in good condition... Be sure to inspect your merchandise.
All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery. Notations of any damage must be made on the delivery receipt before signing.

We recommend that products being returned by post should be packaged appropriately and sent by registered or certified mail.
Crystal Keepsakes accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit. Items cannot be refunded if the product is damaged upon return.

Please allow up to 10 days from the day you returned you product for your account to be credited.
